Madhya Bharat Agro Products Ltd is one of the quality Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer manufacturers located at Vill. Rajoua, Dist. Sagar M.P in private sector. Present rated capacity of SSP is 60000 TPY (200 TPD). Company has set up rock phosphate ore beneficiation plant at the new industrial area at Vill. Sorai, Tehsil Banda, Dist. Sagar which is 40km from Sagar. Rock Phosphate being the major raw material for the production of SSP, its easy and economic availability shall lead to significant advantage.
Further, the company has plans to set up a new SSP plant at Banda having licensed capacity of 120000 TPY which shall have a Grannulation plant in addition to sulphuric acid plant & other ancillary units. Expansion plan is likely to be completed within 2012-13. Integrated plant of Rock phosphate, Sulphuric acid and SSP will lead to lowest cost fertilizers (SSP) manufacturing plant in the country. Company has long term purchase agreement with the Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Ltd., A Government of Madhya Pradesh enterprises, for supply of low grade rock phosphate ore from its Heerapur rock phosphate mines.
Commercial production of BRP is an important milestone in the fast growth history of company which is aimed to make its fertilizer unit self sufficient in terms of major raw material input. Production of rock phosphate concentrate is an important achievement for the company as India heavily depends on the imports which render this material quite vulnerable to large fluctuations in quality and prices.
Krishana Phoschem Limited is the India's First private sector manufacturer of Beneficiated Rock Phosphate ( BRP) which is a major Raw Material of Single Super Phosphate and Di-Ammonium phosphate fertilizers. The manufacturing unit is based in Meghnagar, Dist. Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. The rated capacity of plant is to process 200000 TPY low grade rock phosphate ore.
The very objective of the company is to achieve cost effective technological innovations in the manufacturing of BENEFICIATED ROCK PHOSPHATE and to diversify into BENEFICIATED ROCK PHOSPHATE related downstream projects. KPL has entered into long term purchase agreement with the Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Limited.,(Government of Madhya Pradesh enterprise) for the supply of low grade rock phosphate ore from its Jhabua mines.
